Credibility & Reliability

• STRICTLY NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER. 
• Paid & uncollected items for  2 months serve owner the right to resell/give it away, & strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation of Orders, Exchange and Refunds

• No cancellation or changes once order is processed. 
• Full refund will be made immediately if any of your orders are not available.
• No exchanges/refunds after sold.

Delivery Of items

• All items are thoroughly checked before selling to you to ensure orders are correct.
• All parcels are wrapped before mailing out.
• Please ensure that you do not purchase items that are prohibited from shipping to Singapore - including perfumes, nail polishes, lithium batteries and etc...
• It will take approximately 2~4 weeks for the items to ship from Taiwan to Singapore.

Sprees / Preorder Policy

Sprees/Preorder's Responsibility

• We will not be responsible for lost mails by Singpost.
• We will not be held responsible if Taiwan Sellers send you the wrong item/size/colour.
• We will not be responsible if items do not meet your expectations 
• We will not be liable for any defects/damage or wrongly sent items from the merchant side

Privacy Policy

• We will never disclose or sell any of the information provided by you to any external parties without permission or knowledge 

Quality of Item

• Certain actual stocks may differ from pictures, etc look lighter/duller, as some picture are taken with adjusted brightness to create a nicer looking effect. Hence, 95% of the items will look like the the actual picture but the rest may have slight colour differences or designs differences.
• There will be 1-2cm difference in measurement for all clothing. Measurement taken by individual differs
